Experienced Doctors
Dr. Lewis has been in practice since 2016 and Dr. Forstbauer since 2017. Both have extensive experience and are constantly upgrading their knowledge and perfecting their expertise.
In Depth Investigation
In depth assessments are available including comprehensive blood, urine, stool and saliva testing. These assessments are used to help determine the main causes of dis-ese and act as objective markers to track progress.
Collaborative Care
Our doctors value collaboration over competition. We offer a collaborative care model between because we believe your best care will come from a comprehensive approach with all the angles evaluated.
Clear Communication
It is important to us that you understand and comprehend your plan. We strive to be clear in our treatment recommendations and the open regarding the cost associated. If there is need for clarity, our admin is equipped to answer your questions or book you in for an appointment if needed.
Health Programs
There are often themes of dis-ease common to groups of people, and we believe it is always easier to make lasting changes when done in community. This is why we have started to build out some group programming to be released later in 2024.

We are able to direct bill most extended health insurance plans for the naturopathic services offered.

If you looking for prenatal care, Dr. Forstbauer is your go to! She is passionate about support women from preconception through to postpartum and beyond to give both mom and baby the best start.
Children's Health
Your child’s health journey starts before they are even conceived! This is one of the reasons Dr. Forstbauer is so passionate about preconception care. Beyond that Dr. Forstbauer loves working with children and their parents to set up the foundations of health from early on. Whether your child is struggling with attention, anxiety, gut health or other. Dr. Forstbauer is here to help.
Lab Testing
“Test don’t guess” is a phrase we say around here. Most of the time, some sort of testing is indicated, and is up to you and the doctor to decide what information would be most valuable. When testing is warranted and could influence our treatment recommendations, we will discuss the options with you. We have access to a multitude of different assessment tools. We encourage our patients to utilize them for best results.
IV Nutrient Therapy and Vitamin shots
Sometimes a “quick fix” is a nice boost to help you see results fast while we get all the other changes in place. IV nutrient therapy and vitamin shots are a way for us to bypass the often malfunctioning digestive tract and deliver nutrients directly to the tissues so you can feel better and gain the motivation to make the changes necessary to heal the gut and other underlying issues.
Pain Management
Dr. Lewis has extensive experience with patients that are experiencing pain, whether it be from an acute or chronic injury. He utilizes all the traditional naturopathic modalities as well as a regenerative injection therapy called prolotherapy and neural therapy. This therapy has been researched and shown to help break down scar tissue, regenerate connective tissue in correct alignment and reduce joint that is often caused by instability. Neural therapy can help with calming inflamed nerves
